You could report yourself to a supervisor. If you really want suspended, tell them you were suspended before under other accounts. That will usually do it.
If you keep placing nonsense, you will get warnings from supervisors. If you ignore the warnings, then you get blocked. You will be able to log in, read your messages, and view the site, but that is about it.
Now, if you simply want to leave the site and not take credit for any activity, just contact a Community Assistant and tell them that you don't want to be associated with this site. They will change your name in the system to something random and deactivate you account. If you leave this way, you are allowed to change your mind down the road and come back, even if you don't get your contributions and history back.
Nonsense on WikiAnswers refers to the false, useless, libelious or offensive answers that are added to a question. The slang term for doing such things is called "trolling." Note that the posting of nonsense answers will result in a warning on your account, then a suspension if you do not heed these warnings provided by a Answers.com Supervisor.
Maybe for you, not for someone reading your answers.
Regardless of what you add to your nonsense answer, there is the same likeliness that you will be banned, especially if you have written nonsense before.
You can be suspended for cyberbullying, vandalizing questions, answers, message boards, community forum, and for ignoring Supervisor warnings.
Yes. Before doing so, you should keep in mind that WikiAnswers is seeking helpful, truthful answers. Lying, vandalizing, posting nonsense and things like that can (and if you post stuff like that often enough) WILL result in your account being blocked.
they may just want to get their contributions up. or they may just be doing it for a joke NONSENSE IS FUNNY :-[)))))
Some questions attract vandalism, when people change good answers to nonsense. Therefore, those answers are 'locked'.
Anyone can put an answer to a question and there are some users who put random answers. WikiAnswers tries to correct these type of answers to the correct ones, but they can't be all caught so that is why you will find some incorrect or nonsense answers.
Some people just think that WikiAnswers is a place to joke around and have fun. Please remember that WikiAnswers IS NOT a place for that kind of nonsense. It was made for good and helpful answers.
Yes, it is the only way you can do it.
Answers.com is a site where anybody can ask (more or less) any question they want and receive an answer from other contributors. The important thing to remember is that we all have different levels of knowledge and expertise, so some questions may appear a little "silly" to some. Unfortunately some people take the opportunity then to write nonsense answers which can be very frustrating to the asker, because they then have to ask their question again, or wait for someone to replace the nonsense answer with a sensible one. If a contributor does write nonsense, his/her answer will be removed and he/she will receive a friendly message from a Supervisor/Site Guardian advising them on how to write "good answers". If he/she continues to write nonsense answers, he/she will be warned about the quality of his/her answers and could have his/her account suspended if he/she does not heed them.
No, WikiAnswers (Answers.com) now requires members to use their Facebook account to create an account with Answers.
