Answers.com is a site where anybody can ask (more or less) any question they want and receive an answer from other contributors. The important thing to remember is that we all have different levels of knowledge and expertise, so some questions may appear a little "silly" to some.
Unfortunately some people take the opportunity then to write nonsense answers which can be very frustrating to the asker, because they then have to ask their question again, or wait for someone to replace the nonsense answer with a sensible one. If a contributor does write nonsense, his/her answer will be removed and he/she will receive a friendly message from a Supervisor/Site Guardian advising them on how to write "good answers". If he/she continues to write nonsense answers, he/she will be warned about the quality of his/her answers and could have his/her account suspended if he/she does not heed them.

How do Answers.com knows all the Answers?
The answers come from people who come from all different walks of life and who know all sorts of things, so when they answer it seems like they have all the answers. Actually, we don't and often learn new things on here. Some people come on thinking it is funny to write nonsense, be rude or crude, and just weird, but the 700+ volunteer supervisors work at finding these type of answers/people and getting rid of them.
What should you do if you find a question with a nonsense answer like 'I don't know' or 'Google it'?
The best thing to do is to delete the answer. This way the question shows up as unanswered so it's more likely to get a real answer. If you have time, find out who answered the question and check the history of their contributions. If they have made a lot of nonsense answers, report their username to a supervisor. We don't want people on WikiAnswers who just write nonsense. It is treated like vandalism.

Why do people write nasty stuff about people on WikiAnswers?
If they are attacking you personally, it might be because they're nasty and stupid and they just want to get a grip of themselves. If anyone writes something horrible about somebody else on wikianswers it just shows that they don't have the guts to say it to their faces and that shows that they're cowards. If they are commenting on the quality of your answers, it may be that you're posting nonsense or non-answers, or vandalizing good answers. If people do this, their accounts would be kicked out.
