Your boyfriend sounds immature and by now he should know if he can trust you or not. Ofter a friend of the boyfriend could cause problems because he may like you as well or he is just a troublemaker. Tell your boyfriend you are angry that he believes this lie and he should be man enough to get to the truth by talking to the young man that is lying about you kissing him. If he refuses to do so then tell him to move on (no matter how much it hurts your heart) because this shows you he is letting jealousy and gossip interfere in your relationship and is not venting his anger on the right person ... the young man that is lying.
