Not all the skins you download work. Or you might be doing something wrong when u install em. First go to my computer, C drive (if its in there), Valve, steam, steamapps, click ur account, counter strike, models, then swap the old mld. for the new one. Make sure to keep your old models in case the new ones dont work.
