If you delete the program from your computer, then you cannot play the game. You need access to the client (program) in order to play. Your account however, is not deleted. It will be there when you decide to come back to World of Warcraft.

The sooner you send a request to Mr Lincoln at support@wizard101.com, the better the chance you have of recovering your deleted character. Mr Lincoln will need to know: a) The Account name ( but NEVER EVER the password) b) Character Name c) Character Level d) When approximately the character was deleted. Email that information to support@wizard101.com community@wizard101.com
Send it back to the store you got it from, or call them.
Leroy Jenkins actually spelled as Leeroy Jenkins is a player character in the game World of Warcraft created by Ben Schulz. This character was in the video released by the World of Warcraft's guild called "PALS FOR LIFE" and has become a famous internet meme. In the video, a group of players were discussing a strategy for the next encounter while, Leeroy was away from his computer. However, their plan was ruined when Leeroy came back to the computer ignores the plan, and runs in recklessly, resulting in everybodies death in the instance. The link below is to a YouTube video of the actual moment.
