if you need to pass a drug test, just ask a friend to give you their sample, or you can flush out the toxins by gargleing saltwater, eating plenty of greens(lettuce, green beans, etc) for about a week, and puting vaseline on you chest at night to clear the sinuses.

∙ 12y agoit depends on how much you smoke, if its your first time it will be out of your system in about a week, if your a very frequent smoker it could take a month or more,
a healthy diet, ALOT OF WATER and a "clean pill" from your local CVS Walgreen's or smoke shop will ensure noone will find it with a urine test
