you get all the spells exept book of cogs and at the bottom of the screen and click it and it will reset all spells and wands exept fire (takes away volcano and flame dragon),arcane.and you get the book of cogs OR... you just have to have enough wands to buy the rest of the spells you don't have.

Once you get all of the spells in the game, a row of icons appear in a row along the bottom. Hold in CTRL and click, and you will buy a prestige hat. Be warned, it will be harder to get wands with each hat.

How CODMW2 Prestige Work?
After you reach 70 you have to get more xp to be able to prestige (around 80k xp). Every odd prestige (1,3,5,7,9) you get a new custom class. You get a new emblem and title for every prestige. You can prestige a total of 10 times. When you first prestige you gain the prestige challenges in the challenges section and prestige challenges for weapons. These prestige challenges DO NOT reset when you prestige again.
