That will depend on the reason they have gone. You can view the worksheet as showing data only, or showing the actual formulas. Press Ctrl and the ` key to switch between those views. If your formulas have gone completely, you may have copied over them or imported from another document and your formulas have changed into their values. In those cases, you may just have to manually re-enter the formulas. If you have done a Copy and Paste Special with the Values option selected, you may have replaced the formulas with values. You may be able to undo the changes with the Undo option or by pressing Ctrl - Z. You could also just close your file without saving and then re-open it and then start what you were trying to do again.
