Say.... SHUT UP!!!!! Just kidding..... maybe find a way to privately let them know you think they might be bragging... then ask them to please stop because it really bothers you.... that's what i do and i rarely lose friends this way.

However, if you want to try a more nice approach, tell your friend that you are very happy about whatever they're bragging about but will they please stop talking about it. Then tell them that they're bragging is making others annoyed of them. Or it's hurting other's feelings.
