dye it dirty blonde. *** Best to try and find a dye that near enough matches your natural colour. I dyed my hair very blonde but have now gone back to my "sandy" colour. It was a bit of trial and error. I went through about 4 shades before getting the right one.

No, firstly that would kill your hair, secondly, in order to make darer hair (something not white-blonde) a bright un-natural color, you would have to bleach it first. Then you dye it blue. Otherwise it will be a dark purple color.
