also lunging in a pessowa helps but always consult A professional if you do not know how!
you can also bring your hands higher and squeeze with your outside rein and when your horse/pony goes in an outline be gentle and stop squeezing the horse will get comfortable with the position in time and go in an outline more often, make sure to keep your leg on and give your pony a pat when he/she has gone well
