To regain your horse's health, you can use the caloric MASH and make sure you are feeding it the right amount of food. To much or too little can take a toll on your horse's health. If this is the problem, you can tell by when you click the feed tab there will be a yellow box with a warning. Follow the instructions and your horse should regain its health, energy, and moral the next day. Also, make sure that you arn't overexerting your horse.
