If your cellphone is WiFi capable simply turn WiFi on in the cellphone menu and enter the SSID and password and it should connect.
My chrome os laptop says that there is no network to connect to and that the wifi is disabled which it is not but my other laptop and phone are connected to my wifi How doni fix this?
The fact that your other laptop can connect to wifi is irrelevant to whether or not you have disabled wifi on the laptop that is reporting that wifi is disabled. Go into your settings and make sure you haven't inadvertently turned it off.

ok. first if its wireless you should be able to connect by wifi (wireless internet) but if ur not trying to connect via wireless is there an ethernet port on you laptop (it looks like a phone jack but its a little bigger)
