Check with your local city hall as they should be able to help and I don't believe it is cheap.
Only if she wants to go

No, she is not, she is divorced from him and will not go back with him.
This depends on where you live. Different states/countries/counties/towns will have different times.

They were married twice, therefore divorced twice. On 2006 and in 2001.
No. Once you are divorced, you are divorced. If your ex withheld information or committed perjury, there may be grounds for a civil suit or going back to the divorce court. That is a different issue. You can not re-divorce.
From what I know about native Americans I doubt they believed in it, they weren't like most people today, get divorced over any little thing. but if they did im sure they had to have a really good reason for it like cheating or something bad, they had a different way of life back then so they didnt have courts and judges to decide when someone was divorced but just like their wedding ceremonys were different im sure they had they're own special way to declare a couple divorced.
We are stationed in Germany and my wife is having family problems back in Florida. We are just interested in getting to a base back in the states and heard there is a way we can "switch" with someone. How do we go about doing this?
You can't go to jail for failing to pay back your loan. Lenders have other means of getting their money back. There is no uniform way in dealing with it and many states have different laws regarding it. If your lender can't get you to pay back the loan on their own or through a collections agency, there is the possibility that they could take you to court over the matter.
