what you do is go to zwinky abuse page by searching it on Google and fill out the form
then you put in detailed report abuse: put "i had my zwinky reported for no reason ...my zwinky is called (zwinky name) and i would really like to have it back" and in 2 to 5 days u get ur zwinky account back

I just got my account terminated, but I've gone to mindspark.com, btw that's the "makers" of zwinky. I went to the zwinky page and went to help. I asked for my account back. If that doesn't work .. i guess there is no other way to get your account back.. but the worst part is I just baught a zcard.

Well... if you can't remember your password you could click forget password and if you forgot your username they must have sent you an e-mail saying what your new username and password was. You just have to remember the e-mail you used to set up your zwinky account

u cant.. My grand daughter had her account hacked into and 2500 zwinky bucks taken. We have written to abuse, security, and any other e-mail we have been able to find. She was kicked off due to "breaking the rules" We got one reply back saying she broke the rules and her account terminated so we could not be helped. Whoever stole her money is the one one who broke the rules. Zwinky gladly sold the zwinky cards and took our money. Then conveniently closed the account. BEWARE of the Zwinky cards there is NO WAY to recover your money. NOT SECURE SITE>
