I'm sure you could eventually get there, but I wouldn't recommend it. I would maybe try making them feel guilty for keeping you 'cooped up' in the house all the time. But be careful, because it might get you in even more trouble.
Or, you could offer to sit with them and read them a story. That ought to get you some free air time!
