I've ut my own hair since I was 10 so about four years.. I told my parents I wanted to be independent and not have the same haircut that everyone else has and it saves money that can be used for more useful things like saving up for a car when your older. plus it looks better if you can add you own personal touch:)

Probably not, it depends from were are you. I guss in the most western countrys parents are NOT allowed, if they do not allow. they shoulnt let them cut there own hair because if you like it dont cut it otherwise you will spoil your lovely hair. rb (write back) x x x

I usually have my hair cut by a stylist at the salon in which I work. She couldn't make it to my appointment, so I ended up cutting my hair myself at home. It turned out pretty good. Not only do I color and highlight my own hair, but now I cut my own hair. So, to answer your question...... I got my hair cut at home, but I'm also an experienced hair stylist so I'm able to do these things. =D
