A monster needs to be your friend before you can view his/her pinboard. If you are having problems with the pinboard then you will need to contact the Moshi Monsters Customer Service team using the contact us link which can be found at the bottom of the Moshi Monsters website.

There's no email within Moshi Monsters but there is a pinboard messaging system. To check your messages go to your monsters room and then click the pinboard to the left of your door.

Yes, you need to be a member to use the Pinboard to message other Moshi Monsters members.
In monsters rooms, including your own, you'll find the pinboard to the left of the door.
It's not possible to move the pinboard.
Moshi Monsters does not provide an email box for members. To communicate with other Moshi Monsters you use the Pinboard. If Moshi Monsters is telling you to access your email box, you use the email account you entered when registering for Moshi Monsters. In some cases, this could be your parent's email.
