You cannot.
Once you have selected a den, your family will stay on that densite until the final mission locates you to the summer location. If you're referring to moving them to the summer location, here's a tip:
Before starting the mission, find an elk carcass and fill your "food for pups" bar to its maximum capacity, then head to the summer site.
After you get a mate in wolf quest you can find a den and raise pups.
If u constantly pick them up and they will start to stay closer everytime and won't wonder off as far away from the den
first you have to find a mate, next you pick a den, then you get your pups, and do your best to keep them alive, feed them kill coyotes that go after them bite bears three times so they go and to finnish make them all
you run toward one of green patches in the map. it will then say there is a den nearby. find it and you can make it your den
u have to go to single player and go on amitist mutain and find a mate then when u have one u can go to slugh creek and pick a den and have pups ( but i would pick the den closest to hunting grounds )First you have to get a mate look in all the pinkish ares to find one when you do save your game and go to the next level there you well find that you have to find a safe den to keep your pups in then after you do that mark your terriotery tell it tells you,you had 4 pups!:) good luck ;) youll need it from all the trouble your going to be going through lol

if you are talking about wolfquest they are at your den but first you have to find a den, which can be seen on the compass and map and then mark the territory once you have gone right up to the den and choosen it.

Yes you can after you find a mate and a den and you finish marking your territory you should have four pups. I hope I helped! :)
You earn pups in Epidsode 2.5: Slough Creek. You must complete a few quests before you get the pups, however.
