Many computer optical drives will have a small pinhole just below the tray. If you insert a paper clip in that hole, it will release the tray and allow you to get your disc out of the drive.
To eject a CD you can press the Eject button (top right corner of the keyboard), or right click on the CDs icon and select Eject from the menu, or drag the CDs icon into the Trash icon on the dock, or open a Finder window and click on the eject symbol next to the CDs listed in the left hand pane, or open iTunes and click on the eject symbol next to the CDs name.
I have a 93 j30 base and my stereo is doing the same thing, but what i figured out is i have to press tape eject button, then am-fm button, then it turns right on
the extractor might be missing or broken The best thing you can do is take your gun to a qualified gunsmith.
use a small bent paper clip or other thing ans press it in the small hole next to the eject button and it shuld pop out the CD form the drive

Try unplugging the player for awhile. This will cause the little computer chip inside to reboot when you plug it back in. If that doesn't work, you may have a broken belt on the eject motor drive (assuming your player has a belt drive for that) or it's just plain stuck. The good thing is that generally, you can force the tray to open IF you pull on it in a forward direction, gently though, to at least recover your disk.
the promise is broken when they break their promise to you
