Actually you have to go to the store, then once your their, there is the button for reselling some of your things and then there is another button that say's "Exchange Items". Click on the Exchange button and then it will bring you to a page with a whole bunch of exchanges from other players. Now on this page there is a button the say "Manage My Trades", you can only make 3 trades per week and 1 to each person. Now that you clicked that button you have 3 choices, Propose a public trade, Propose a trade reserved to another player, andOffer a gift. Since you want to exchange with someone in particular you would click the button that says Propose a trade reserved to another player. Then you would chose the item your proposing and the item you are wanting from the other player. Then you would just type the players name in the box below, now you have offered a exchange.
