Eat a little bit of the food you dislike every day for a week. Then eat a little more each day on the next week, and do it for a month.

How young the person is really does not matter. When you have diabetes it is good to maintain a healthy diet. You can do this by eating foods such as eating foods like fruits and vegetables. If you are diabetic you can eat these things to keep yourself healthy.
