A windows administrator account is a type of user that you can have on your list, an admin has full control and rights to to anything on the computer where as a standard user does not.
The computer needs at least one account with full privileges in order to allow the installation of software. By default, the computer will come with such an account - the default administrator account. Since the account has full privileges it really needs to be protected such that only someone who is supposed to have full privileges on the machine can access it. The protection comes in the form of password protecting the account.

Either you are an administrator even if you think so. Or you don't have permission for some specific keys in the registry. You can get permission by right clicking on the required key and choose Permissions... Add your account in the permitted accounts with full access or just allow your account full control.
You must create your own account. See the related links for full details.Once your account has been activated by an administrator, you should have no problems logging on to the multiplayer feature and WolfQuest forum.

Oh, dude, to give your Windows user account full privileges, you can just go to the Control Panel, find the User Accounts section, and change your account type to Administrator. It's like giving yourself the keys to the kingdom, but, you know, on your computer. Just be careful not to go too power-hungry with all that control!
