First, get the necklace of course! Then hold it and talk to the prosn you want to give it to, they should then receive it and reply with either some sort of thanks or a bit of a telling off! You cant wear necklaces or any other form of jewellry that you find on this yourself, and neither can other characters - so don't be disapointed when they don't wear it or something the next day. They never get bored of necklaces, if they like them in the first place, so keep on giving them jewellry to win the girls hearts! They sell for a bit with the fat man who goes to the hotels on dates with 3 and 8's i think - the guy who sells t.v's and power drinks!
