How do you give up on a 13 year old daughter who has been munipulated by the mother that dad abandoned her i have been fighting in court for over 2 years and see things getting worse and worse 4 her?

I don't believe you can give up on your children. Perhaps try asking the courts for mediation and counselling sessions to be mandatory for your daughter, and tell them your concerns (by way of a solicitor or lawyer).
When one parent is very manipulative the child may believe them for a while, but when they are older they may work things out for themselves.
