The way you marry someone in jail is simple. You must be legal age, you must have the proper documents, a coordinator, a prison usually has a list of approved pastors to chose from, a witness to view the marriage, the proper costs, and of coarse planning and what not. This my change depending on the type of Jail, location, and type of crime the person committed. The chaplain and other prison personnel may help you as well.
Though if you really love each other, you may want to wait till the prison sentence is over, though it depend on how long it's for and the situation.
