no, i dont think so, i believe you'll become a citizen when you get married and your visa wont matter. i dont thik they'll send you to jail tho, just deport you to your home country
There is not any law against getting married while you are incarcerated. You will not be able to leave jail while you get married.
i bet it is different from state to state but no you cant go to jail for expired tags you can get a ticket. but if your tags are expired and you put a year sticker that dose not belong you can go to jail for fraud.
The mere fact that the license is expired does not constitute a crime. If you are fishing (an act) with an expired license, there is potential for a jail sentence, depending on where this occurs.
Impound, arrest, bail, and fines. Kinda sucks but buddy has been in jail for 2 days for expired registration, getting released today.
I'm sorry if this is kind of rude, but if you get married in jail not a lot of people would come. And you could get killed in there you never know
You will get in jail and whoever got married to you will be sent back to their own country
You may or may not be able to get married to an inmate (of course, when he or she gets released you can marry). The Supreme Court has held that in some circumstances, prisoners have the right to marry while in jail. This is very shaky territory, however, so if you have a question about marriage in jail, you should contact the jail directly.
For bigamy? Jail time
It is certainly a possibility because you have committed bigamy and that is against the law.
Pocahontas went to prison because she married kocum, John Rolfe. and was still married to kocum when she married john r.
had a dream someone was getting out of jail
If you don't go to jail then you need to buy a bike.
