To go to Karamja you must first go to Port Sarim located south of falador, from there you must pay 30gp to one of the sailors to take you to karamja, make sure you have another 30gp for the return trip or you will have to fill boxes of crates with bananas to return to the mainland, that's if you don't use home teleport of course.
