I hav'NT been on Club Penguin for a while, but I presume when they ban you they ban you username, which you can do anthing about.
However, if they ban your I.p, you can change that so you can create another account/get on your old one.

If you are running windows xp click start then run then type in "cmd" (without the quotation marks). If you are not running xp, click start all programs accesories then the command prompt, then type in "cmd" (without quotatian marks).
This is the important bit. In the command prompt (cmd) type in exactly,(without the quotaton marks):
"ipconfig /release" (wait for the text to change, before typing:)
