It depends. Ds: go upstairs in the Inn, and go until you can't anymore. There will like an orange box. Go there on the 3rd, 8th, 23rd, 28th and the 30th. He opens aroung 10:00 Wonderful Life: He's under the tree, next to the Inn, on the 3rd & the 8th. He opens at noon Another Wonderful Life: same as before Magical Melodies: Van doesn't have a shop there others: I have not played the others It depends.
