On howrse, there are two ways to buy howrses. There are the "Private Sales", which you need 3 karma to access. People can reserve their howrse there for another player for up to 200,000 and 10 passes! The minimum price is 500e. There's also the "Auctions" that you can enter once you've passed Riding Level 2. You can bid on different howrses, including ponies, unis, pegasus', sleipners, donkeys, and Xanthos.
Having more than one account on Howrse is not allowed, and you could have one, or all of them deleted for this offense. You can get another horse from the sales once you pass riding level 2.
