∙ 14y agohave someone else click on the woman giving birth, and the only option will be "take to hospital" if you click that, they will drive her to the hospital and she will go in. she will come out hours later "sim time" minutes later in human time, with a baby in her arms. good luck!

yes, make sure your adult sims relationships are 100 on each and keep talking, kissing (only if it doesn't make them unhappy) and hugging. If they are right for each other then a box will pop up saying 'should we have a baby?'- click yes
