This will vary depending on the version of iMovie you are using.
The general editing menu (where you can edit titles, add video effects, etc.) should be a prominent tab labeled Editing as soon as you open up a blank iMovie screen.
you cant actually put menu on imovie but you can do that on idvd

They are two completely different apps. Keynote is for making slide-based presentaitons. iMovie is for editing videos.
Almost all video editing software can reverse a clip. If it does not it is not worth having.
