You need to install the driver which is compatible for Windows 7. It can be downloaded from the Lexmark website or the following CD.
You have to uninstall it first before installing the one for Windows 7 to prevent any conflict. To uninstall it properly.
Then, if you are downloading it from their website check if your computer is running on 32-bit or 64-bit operating system by going to Start Menu > right click on Computer > Properties. Also, make sure you have the exact model name. (eg. X1240, X1250, X1270, etc.) Some printers are to old for Windows 7, you might try downloading Vista drivers and run them in compatibility mode.
I have one. I can't get it to work. Found drivers that they said would work. They did not. Finally got it loaded, said everything was fine, it wasn't. So in answer to your question, as of now, NO. It will not work and Lexmark gives no tech support to this printer, doesn't even list it as one of theirs. I have one and I can remember having problems getting it to work but I have been using it since i got my emachines computer with vista in March 2007.
Yes, Lexmark is a fantastic company! I had the HP Photosmart printer made by HP, but I got rid of it because Lexmark printers work much better. One time, I printed from my HP, and the paper came out terrible! It didn't print the way I wanted it to. But I recently got a Lexmark and I saw a total differnce. The paper came out better than I expected!
you should have got an auto run disk. It installs all needed software and drivers. With simple instructions
I've tried, but it didn't work :( Well at least I got it on Windows XP :)
You have prob got the 64bit AVG so you could try to get the 32bit version. ( altought it still might not work) OR you could buy Windows 7 and that would work with the 64bit AVG as all Windows 7 systems are 64 bit
no you will get a error sorryi got an Xp too it wont work
It's SOOOO Easy! I've Got A Lexmark 9575 but I guess It Would Be The Same. On A Windows XP: # Click Start # All Programs # Lexmark XXXX Series # Lexmark Productivity Studio # Click Scan And Follow The Steps From There On A Windows Vista: # Click The Windows Icon # Search Lexmark # Lexmark Productivity Studio # Click Scan And Follow The Steps Form There Let Me Know If This Helps
yes, you will. I ve got Windows Vista and I could install it and play it
No, a magazine extension for a Winchester 1200 shotgun will not work with a Winchester 1300 shotgun. The Winchester 1200 and 1300 have different magazine tube designs and dimensions, so they are not interchangeable.
