Ok. this is for purely educational purposes. If your parents haven't blocked file sharing websites then Google ultrasurf. This is what is called a "proxy". Norton itself is an http proxy so look at using this proxy as choosing a different path. Instead of following the Norton path, you follow the ultrasurf path. So basicly you'll find Ultrasurf on a file sharing website like filepig or rapidshare. You will get blocked if you download directly from the ultrasurf website. Enjoy your freedom and use it responsibly. Note: you will be unable to play java games through this proxy unless you go into the java control panel and add the port and ip for the proxy. Again just google it,
