There is absolutely no way to do it. But here is a "possibility". Go to Start Menu Type in "run" Click on the "run" program type in "services.msc" find "Windows Live Family Safety" right click and click "properties" from there you can change the start up methode (delay start up) or just simply change the account the program applies to. that's the best i got but it still didn't work for me! but my computer is MAJORLY locked down.
