Hi,
In an corporate or a semi corporate organisation, when an employee is recuited he his screned throughly before offering him a job.
Similarly there is no one called a disobedient employee in an organisation. Its his attitude which makes other to think that he is disobedient.
Check the age of the employee and his experience in the organization.
If he is senior ( not in designation) give respect to his feelings and do not touch his ego. he will be your best resource
If he is junior, try to understand what makes him disobedient and try to solve his problem.
IF the problem persists then, its clearely an attitude issue.
Act Professionally, Keep your superiors informed about his performance and other activities.
Finally if it is getting worse leave it to your bosses & HR people to handle the case
Treat them both with respect. You don't know what all they are having to deal with in their lives. Make sure your best employee knows that and gets appropriate rewards and praise. Make sure the difficult employee is aware of specific issues they need to address.
the employee's honesty
employee satisfaction means employee gets everything what their needs and desire then ultimately the production increases.if employee will be satisfied they will give their best to the organisation. so that employee satisfaction is extremely important to any organisation.
Typically, if a person is paid by a company, he or she is an employee of that company. Under that definition, a CEO would be considered an employee.
Because without the employee there would be no buisness
How would you handle an employee who upsets you in front of other employees in the middle of a rush?
If you feel an employee is being dishonest, you need to have a meeting with this employee. Remind the employee that the company values honesty and they will be let go if they continue to be dishonest.
