Carefully. lol
Drill a small hole, then use a picture hanger. Make sure the hole is just slightly smaller than the nail for the picture hanger.
Don't skip on drilling the hole, or you will crack the plaster/stucco.
(I assume you meant plaster/lathe instead of stucco; stucco is outside of the house and is usually made from portland cement, plaster/lathe is used inside in older houses and is... well... plaster.)

There is no one standard placement for a picture. The placement will depend on the type and size of the picture, and the relative position of the person looking at the picture. The general answer, is hang the picture so that the focal point of the picture is at eye level of the observer. In practice, this means, for example, if you have a large picture to put on a wall in a sitting room, where it will mostly be viewed by people sitting down, than hang the picture fairly low so that people don't have to look up to view the picture. It is a common mistake to hang pictures in sitting rooms at eye level of standing people (or even higher!). On the other hand, if a picture is to be located so that it is viewed by people standing, for example in a hallway, or in an art gallery, then hang the picture at eye level, again so that people don't have to look up or down to view the picture. Another factor which will influence the placement of a picture is whether the picture is to hang by itself or to relate to other pictures - there are a whole extra set of guidelines to be followed when hanging pictures together!
However high it looks right!
Eye level. Something to look at when you're going.
that would be your opinion! it also depends on how bid your wall is. my opinion would be for an 8 foot tall wall would to be to hang it 3 feet away from the ceiling.
I wanted to be president in my school's StuCo, but I didn't win!
Thick hard stuco that's studry
It would depend on the weight of the picture but it is not advisable.

57" above the finished floor to the center of the picture. Measure from the picture center to the hanger and add that to the 57".
Yes you can print a picture of the Mona Lisa and hang it. As long as you are not trying to sell the picture and you want it for your private use like in your home or office this is not illegal. After all this is just a print out and not the original.

Hang up is a two word/phrasal verb.He told me to hang up the phone and sit down.I want to hang up the picture you gave me.
With a rail picture hook aka picture hanger. The wide, large curve goes over the rail and picture cord goes through the hanging narrow hook.
That means 'it' is like a picture that a painter paints and then he cannot hang it when he has a show and nobody will buy it because they cannot hang it either.
