Standardbreds are used for harness racing.
I took mine in to Uhaul to have them install a tow bar and light harness. Mine didn't come with a light harness, they had to install one.
Gently pry out top of the tailgate trim to get access to light harness plug. Disconnect it. Remove two screws holding light assembly. Install new light and connect to harness.

On the drivers side of the tail light there is a plug. Get up under the bumper and you will see a round plug and you have to do is unplug the plug from the light and plug in the wiring harness. The wiring harness will act like a patch and connects in about 15 seconds. Just make sure you have the right harness. The plug should be round.

Unlug the light harness, unscrew the plastic nuts, pull out the headlight. Reinstall new headlight, screw the plastic nuts back on and plug the light harness back into the the headlight housing.
