1. View all the heart events
2. Buy the Wife/Husband bed for 10,000 G at Chens Shop
3. Have a red heart with the person you want to marry
4. Upgrade your house twice
5. Unlock mystic islands so the church can move in
6. Toss a gift to The Harvest Goddess into her pond (near the church) at least once

You also have to ask gannon to upgrade your house to large or super-sized. Then you buy a blue feather at chen's shop. If you spouse agrees to marry you then you will get married in 1 week. After 30 days of marriage then you will become pregnant. After 60 days your baby will be born
