Not quite sure what you mean by "mature" sex -- I hope you don't mean sex without laughter.
Most of us were brought up to believe that we weren't supposed to talk about sex. In fact, most of us don't even know the right words. But that rule DOES NOT apply to couples. The single most important thing couples can do to improve their sex lives is to talk to each other.
The second most important thing to know is that sex is supposed to be fun. Enjoy!

mature sexuality involves the creation of affective bonds between people; it's a lot less about the physical act of sex and more about the emotional intimacy of sexuality. If you want to develop a mature sexual relationship with someone, you should approach it slowly, and with an element of patience and curiosity: take the time to get to know the other person physically and mentally, try to get away from your own internal imaginings and preconceptions about sex and focus on the person that you're with and the moment that you're both in. Sex done well is more like ecstatic meditation (e.g. high tantra...).
