Well it is practically the same way you have twins, the egg in the ovulation process is attacked by precisely 300,000,000 semen, only one lives and two days later the egg splits (for sextuplets it would probably split more). Another way you could have sextuplets is by taking the pill and then leaving it and lots of eggs could come, they go through the same process (they could split). The last way it could happen is to have the eggs put in your uterus lining and hope it works.
