There's not a ton you can do. Just follow the rice method: rest ice compression elevation. And stay off it also, and maybe wrap it to decrease the amount of movement. And if it hasn't got better in a few days or so, see a doctor and if it still hurts don't go to try outs and ask if you can do it one on one another day..good luck! :)
