To be honest there the only person who can help themselves... I it's something easy like studding or a break up that's fine but there the only ones who can follow there heart and know what there thinking. Everythin happens for a reason and maybe at this point that can get help by just from themselvs no one else

∙ 15y agoThat is an age old question that cannot easily be answered ! All you can do is encourage them to get help and keep repeating it. You cannot force anyone as they will hate you for it .
