It depends on her height. See a pediatrician to find out if your daughter's weight is appropriate and what, if anything, needs to be done.

I'm not a medical expert, but 7 stone 5lbs sounds like an ideal weight for a 10 year old female. It all depends on the height of you'r daughter & genetics in some cases.
