While you are driving around Puerto Rico, there are spotted goats running around. On your first visit to the island, take back the fur from the fence to test its DNA. When you come back to the island, the farmer is trying to catch the chupacabra at the center star on the map (Snaggletooth Rock).
You must drive the Jeep to herd three spotted goats into the patch of grass at the rock. After three spotted goats are herded, you can join the farmer and hide behind the rocks until you hear a thump from the chupacabra trap.
Circle the goats on epona, then drive them into the barn thingy.
herd them into the patch of darker grass by all the rocks
Ordan Ranch. You enter the village, and its passed Mayor Bo's house.
Some say he can and some say he can' t. However, I have found evidence of this, for in the Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess he DOES, though he has no subtitles or camera focus. In one of the cutscenes, he TALKS TO ILIA. It is the cutscene after you herd the goats for the second time and prepare to go to Hyrule. link trotts out on Epona. Ilia sees him and rushes over to him. If you watch Link VERY carefully, his mouth is moving in conversation. Even when he dismounts Epona and run to the Mayor, Bo, he says something, but there are no subtitles. he does talk, but few people notice. I do not know if link says anything in the other Zelda Games. but he FOR SURE DOES TALK in the Twilight Princess.
If your referring to the ranch like the one in, ocarina of time, then there is none. Link automatically begins the game with his horse. The closest thing is all the way across your home town in the forest where your able to heard goats it's not hard to find. It's right past the town mayors house. I hope I helped
