Best option: you can buy an Nissan "Interface System for iPod". it costs around 360$ with installation included. It is supposed to control the iPod from on-steering buttons, but I cannot confirm as I have not bought this option.
second option is to buy a 1$ cable in a Dollar store with 1/8" connectors on both ends, then, you plug it is the headphone jack on one side, and in the AUX jack on your car stereo. Then, put the volume of your iPod to the maximum. Finally, press the AUX button on your stereo. Sound is good.
