By "wire" I presume you mean the ignition wires since that is the most common reference.
These instructions presume that you're just replacing an existing, old set and can identify the firing order of the distributor (which is 1-8-4-3-6-5-7-2, I believe counter-clockwise).
Buy one and hook the wires up and put it in the middle.
Did you hook upall the wires at the starter?
It's located in the front of the engine centered with the fan there is not much room. Make sure you hook up all wires before you put it back in
its hook to the starter
Need to know what wires and which harness you speak of.
on factory wire harnes, there are 5 speaker wires. 4 are (+). on speakers, but only one (-). when i hook up aftermarket head unit do i hook up all negative speaker wires together
look under the dash and remove the round brass or silver flasher it will say flasher on it and your turn signals should work with out you rewiring them.
It depends entirely on what the wires are connected to - this question is unanswerable.

Tie the wires on the new plug into the existing brake and turn signal wires.
You can find a wiring diagram that shows you how to hook up a trailer wiring harness on a 1998 Pontiac Transport at most auto parts stores. A Pontiac repair manual should have the diagram in it.
