High Incident - 1996 Hot Wire 2-16 was released on: USA: 13 February 1997
about 190 degrees GXE 195-205 on the SE it opens about 192-195 Kongkit Raggan-Supatanampon
is the orange wire always hot
Check the fuses.
Inspect all the vacuum lines, you may have one cracked and you are loosing vacuum to operate the HVAC system.
It should be light green with a yellow stripe, it is hot for the memory. The yellow with black stripe is for ignition.
If it is an after market stereo, sound as if someone spliced the stereo power source wire (Hot Wire) into the wire going to the headlight switch.
the pcv is located on the right top side of the valve cover. it has a hose connected directly to the crankcase cover.(on my car the cover is red)it is simple to replace and costs dirt cheap.NEVER open the hose and take off the pcv when hot. use a wescott for simplicity. specs for 1992 Nissan maxima se, single overhead cam, probably the same, different pcv for dohc though.
Very literally, hot wire is a wire that is hot. Pertaining to vehicles, to hot wire a vehicle is to start the engine or motor of the vehicles without the use of the ignition.
