Go to a salvage yard and look for a 73-79 ford pickup equipped with a 460. You need to remove the engine mount perches that are bolted to the frame, this will allow the engine to sit perfectly in your truck. The frames from 65-79 are very similar this is why you can swap the perches and have a factory looking engine swap in your '65. Dont forget if your truck is 2wd you need perches from a 2wd donor.
THE 1993 Ranger is 53" x 73," but this may vary.

73-87 c10 truck frames will fit with minor ajusting
65, 66, mustangs for body, up to 73 for engine and tranny is some cases, you can use fairlane, opel, sprint, shoot, that same engine was used in almost all ford cars of the time.
